Inventory Policy

TechnStyle aims to keep product availability accurate so you can shop with confidence. Inventory is updated regularly, but items may occasionally sell out before the system updates. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, the order (or that item) may be cancelled and you will be notified by email with any applicable refund.

In‑stock, low stock, and sold out

  • In stock: The item is available to ship from our location in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.

  • Low stock: Only a limited quantity remains; items may sell out quickly.

  • Sold out: The item is currently unavailable and cannot be purchased. In some cases, it may be restocked in the future.

For limited or seasonal products, restocks are not guaranteed.

Backorders and pre‑orders

Unless clearly stated on the product page, TechnStyle does not accept backorders on out‑of‑stock items and does not continue selling when inventory is zero.
If a product is offered as a pre‑order or backorder, this will be clearly indicated along with an estimated ship date; these dates are estimates and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.

Inventory errors and cancellations

If there is an inventory discrepancy (for example, a product shows as in stock but is actually unavailable), TechnStyle may:

  • Cancel the affected item from your order and issue a refund, or

  • Contact you with alternative options (such as a different size, color, or similar product), if available.

You will always receive an email notification if any part of your order is cancelled or changed due to an inventory issue.

Multiple items in one order

Orders containing multiple items may ship together or in separate packages, depending on availability and logistics.
If one item is out of stock, the rest of the order may still ship as normal, and the unavailable item will be refunded or adjusted as described above.

Price and inventory changes

TechnStyle reserves the right to update product quantities, discontinue items, and change prices at any time without prior notice.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock; inventory is only confirmed once your order is successfully placed and you receive an order confirmation email.
