Processing times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Economy (5–8 business days)

    • Some orders may qualify for free shipping at checkout.

    • For non‑free shipments, typical rates may include:

      • Orders 0–5 lb: $4.90

      • Orders 5–70 lb: $19.90

  • Standard (3–4 business days)

    • Orders 0–1 lb: $6.90

    • Orders 1–5 lb: $9.90

Actual shipping costs and available options will be displayed at checkout based on your order weight, value, and delivery address.

International shipping

We ship to multiple countries worldwide, including (but not limited to) the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and many others.

  • Economy International (6–18 business days)

    • Some international orders may qualify for free economy shipping, depending on destination and order value.

  • Express and carrier options

    • DHL Express and USPS international services may be available at checkout with dynamically calculated rates and estimated transit times.

    • Express options typically arrive faster but may cost more.

Available services, rates, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Duties, taxes and customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local authorities.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.

Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link (when available).

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Delays and delivery issues

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues or service disruptions

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays (for international orders)

  • High‑volume periods (holidays, sales, etc.)

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, reach out to us so we can assist in contacting the carrier and exploring possible solutions.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may:

    • Offer to reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

    • Issue a refund for the product(s) only, excluding original shipping costs.
