Our return policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from TechnStyle, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

We currently do not designate any items as “final sale” by default. If any product is non‑returnable, this will be clearly stated on its product page.

How to start a return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email Contact@TechnStyle.Shop or call +1 (575) 293-3947.

  2. Provide your full name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a short description of the reason (optional but helpful).

  3. After your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label, along with packing and shipping instructions.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting customer support.

Return shipping and fees

Eligible returns include free return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
Use the prepaid label provided and drop the package with the specified carrier. If a return is shipped without using our label or outside of the approved process, any additional costs or issues may be the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must arrive:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • With all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.

TechnStyle reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are missing parts or packaging, as well as returns sent after the 30‑day window. If a return is refused, items may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your provider.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to a TechnStyle error (such as a wrong or defective item).

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe, contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us if the issue remains.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are processed as new orders:

  1. Start a return for the original item using the process above.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item (size, color, or style) you want instead.

If you need help choosing a replacement item, contact customer support for assistance.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, TechnStyle will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund, and in these cases will typically cover any applicable shipping costs.

International returns

The same 30‑day return window generally applies to international orders, and free return shipping may be available depending on your country. Any import duties, taxes, or fees paid at checkout or on delivery may not be refundable; you may need to contact your local customs office about reclaiming these charges.
