Thank you for shopping with TechnStyle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.

  • We currently do not label any products as final sale, unless clearly stated on the product page.

To start a return, please contact us at Contact@TechnStyle.Shop or call +1 (575) 293-3947 with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

  • There is no restocking fee.

  • After your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Please do not send back any items without first contacting us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to a TechnStyle error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Request a return for your original item.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@TechnStyle.Shop or +1 (575) 293-3947.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

International orders

Our orders are fulfilled from:

  • The same 30‑day return window applies to international orders.

  • Free return shipping applies where available; if any exceptions apply to your country, they will be indicated at checkout.

  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout or on delivery may be non‑refundable, depending on local regulations. You may be able to claim them back from your local customs office.
